Different stages of an R&D project:
Pre-study:
A pre-study is realized to explore the customer’s needs. A preliminary bibliography study is done, existing analytical methods are investigated and appropriate strategies proposed. A report is prepared summarizing the work in the pre-study as well as suggesting a solution to the defined customer's defined.
Project specification, Quotation:
A project specification together with a step by step quotation for the entire project is presented.
Project implementation:
After customer’s acceptance, the scientific and/or technical solution is worked out. At the end of each major stage, a customer validation is needed (Go / No Go) to continue the project - Only the stages carried out are invoiced -.
Depending on the R&D projects, the product (analytical method and/or software...) is tested according to the demands specified in the pre-study, the solution implemented and training carried out.
A final report is provided.
Project evaluation:
The project is evaluated in order to ensure that all customer expectations are fulfilled. Further support is offered.
